The Orchards

DB+A prepared the conceptual site planning services for this parcel of land located along I-80 in Dixon, California, with the main goal of attracting a variety of highway commercial tenants. Adjacent to a large residential community, the project was designed to support a range of services for the community – including a hotel, restaurants, and several auto services.

The vision for the project was to reflect contemporary farm architecture to complement the surrounding rich agricultural environment. The concept focuses on integrating architecture and site amenities that will showcase these improvements as part of a high-quality development.
