commercial project experience. Versed in planning and building code
issues, entitlement phase.
Job Captain
We are currently seeking a Job Captain preferably with a
degree in Architecture and a minimum of 3 years experience. This position includes working on multiple
projects managed by a project manager. This person will have strong AutoCAD
skills and the ability to implement design concepts through high quality
construction documents. Experience with
high-end retail and commercial projects is desirable. Knowledge and understanding of working
drawing formats a plus.
Familiarity with construction
techniques and practices. Resourcefulness
in finding/researching and solving architectural problems. Excellent written and
verbal skills and the ability to multi-task. Optimistic, motivated, dedicated, responsible
and reliable. Enjoys working in a team
environment.
Duties include:
·
Preparation
of master Site plan for large retail projects.
·
Preparation
of entitlement packages and construction documents.
·
Coordination
with consultants.
·
Processing
change orders and assisting with project construction management.
·
Responsible
for code compliance and risk management review of assigned projects.
·
Assure
compliance with, “in-house” technical and production standards.
